Michael draws from more than 30 years of consulting experience and is known as an authentic leader who guides by example. Even as CEO, Michael remains active in client work and finds fulfillment in delivering results through innovation and counsel.
Prior to co-founding RevGen, Michael was vice president at Hitachi Consulting and a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he led the sale and delivery of complex process and technology initiatives aimed at driving profit for his clients. Michael began his career with IBM Global Services and was a leader in IBM’s systems management and network services practice.
In addition to his business endeavors, Michael is passionate about improving the lives of young people which he demonstrates through his involvement in Colorado UpLift, ACE Scholarships and Project Cure.
Michael holds a bachelor of business administration from Texas State University and a certificate in telecommunications management from the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management
As President and co-founder of RevGen Partners, Kirk brings a passion for enabling the long-term success of the firm’s people, clients and the broader community.
Kirk is a natural problem solver. Through his abilities to synthesize complex information quickly and navigate sensitive situations, Kirk consistently exceeds clients’ objectives. Kirk’s efforts have added tens of millions of dollars to clients’ bottom lines, with projects yielding returns on investment upwards of 500 percent.
Prior to co-founding RevGen Partners, Kirk held positions at Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen where he led teams on numerous high-profile client engagements. Kirk earned a bachelor degree in international business and finance from Regis University; and an MBA and a JD from The American University. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.
A believer in the power of education to transform lives, Kirk currently serves on the board of directors of the Denver Public Schools Foundation. He is the proud father of three school-age children; and strives to keep up with his wife on the tennis court.
Jason is passionate about building relationships and solving business problems within complex structures. As well as serving as CFO and leading the firm’s HR & IT functions, Jason continues to focus on client service and delivering superior results.
Valued by clients for his focus on driving bottom-line improvements, Jason takes innovative approaches to delivering comprehensive solutions to complex challenges. encompassing systems, processes and technology.
Prior to co-founding RevGen Partners, Jason was a senior manager at Hitachi Consulting. He also held positions in business consulting at Protiviti and Arthur Andersen. Jason earned both master and bachelor degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University.
Jason and his wife are the proud parents of three teenage boys. He’s an active leader in his church community and an avid cyclist.
In addition to managing a robust portfolio of clients, Robert leads RevGen’s delivery organization.
With the RevGen Partners team since the company's founding, Robert is highly regarded for his ability to discern clients' business challenges and transform them into revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities. Robert's breadth of skills spans an array of disciplines including process improvement, business intelligence and custom development.
Before RevGen Partners, Robert was a manager at Hitachi Consulting. Robert holds a bachelor degree in chemistry and biology from Houston Baptist University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
An Eagle Scout himself, Robert is actively involved in scouting with his son and daughter. He also currently serves as President of the Board of the Cherry Creek Academy charter school.
Cara is responsible for RevGen Partners’ Digital Innovation practice including delivery of client solutions, methodologies and the firm’s go-to-market strategy. She leads a diverse team of application & mobile developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, testers, project managers, and system & cloud engineers.
Cara’s blend of consulting and industry experience uniquely qualifies her to support clients in their quests to drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability. She maintains the perspective that technology can be an engine for growth, customer engagement, and a competitive differentiator.
Prior to joining the RevGen Partners team, Cara was an IT program manager at Aimco, a Denver-based REIT. There, she managed many of the IT projects related to the Operations group. Prior to Aimco she gained expertise in a variety of consulting roles at Tier1 Innovation delivering CRM solutions across various industries.
Cara holds a bachelor of science in physics with a minor in mathematical statistics from Bucknell University.
Pero is a leader in RevGen Partners’ Communications Practice, responsible for ensuring quality and success in solution delivery. He’s a respected problem solver with broad experience delivering results for clients in multiple industries, including telecommunications, cable, education, ecommerce, and distribution. His business and technology consulting background includes extensive work in Business Intelligence & Data Services and Business Optimization strategy and execution, with an emphasis on data and information solutions, and margin and revenue assurance for communications industry clients.
Clients and colleagues respect Pero for his dedication to sustainable success for clients. He’s known for quickly defining and tackling multi-layered client challenges to provide data-driven results that optimize people, process and technology. Pero joined RevGen Partners shortly after the firm’s founding in 2008. Previously, Pero worked at Hitachi Consulting, focused on BI and margin assurance consulting for the telecommunications industry.
Pero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, CIS concentration from Colorado State University.
Susan leads the Analytics & Data Management solutions team at RevGen Partners. Working in collaboration with colleagues, clients and partners across diverse industries and functional areas, she finds elegant and practical solutions to business problems. She has extensive experience leading, designing and developing high-quality programs and solutions encompassing data analysis, presentation and planning.
Previously, Susan held consulting and training positions at Hitachi Consulting and Aspirity. She developed and delivered Business Intelligence training courses and presented at several known Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence events including the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI).Susan current holds a position as a TDWI Colorado Chapter Board Member.
Susan is an active member of her community and volunteers her time in support of elementary education. Susan earned a bachelor of science in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University and also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Neel supports solution delivery for RevGen Partners' clients across a full lifecycle of enterprise business solutions. In collaboration with business units and technical teams, he is deft at translating business needs into optimized business processes. Neel also leads the firm's Education Practice and the development of School Performance Solutions.
Neel gained experience managing large-scale projects for multi-national business operations across multiple continents in centralized, distributed and integrated environments. Prior to RevGen Partners, Neel was responsible for all internal and external business applications at LeftHand Networks, including the process, data, and systems migration to Hewlett Packard after the acquisition. Before that he managed global application services at FrontRange Solutions.
Neel earned qualifications in information systems and holds a certificate in business management from South Africa.
Chrissy Winkler offers deep experience in new client development, account oversight and project management for clients of RevGen Partners. She collaborates with companies to drive transformational change and achieve new levels of efficiency and clarity with data-driven solutions. She’s known for her expert client counsel, ability to tackle complex client challenges and lead multi-faceted projects to achieve successful outcomes.
As a business process and change management expert with almost two decades of consulting experience, Chrissy brings broad expertise in organizational change management, strategy definition and execution, process improvement and program and project management. She holds Prosci, Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications.
Prior to joining RevGen Partners, Chrissy was a Client Executive at The North Highland Company where she led business development, account oversight and engagement management. She also served in management consulting roles at both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Accenture. She serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Denver.
Chrissy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, CIS concentration, from Indiana University.
Emily leads RevGen Partners’ efforts to attract, retain and cultivate talent. She supports the firm’s vision to be the premier partner for business and technology solutions by cultivating a work environment that supports a stable of top tier professionals in their pursuit of client excellence. She leads the company’s training program, manages internal operations and coordinates philanthropic efforts.
Prior to joining RevGen Partners, she was an HR manager for global consulting firm. It was during her tenure there that she developed her passion for people development and processes for recruiting, on-boarding, training and career development among other disciplines that work in coordination to better the employee experience.
Emily has a bachelor of business degree from the University of Kansas, with a minor in psychology.
