Delicia strives to always do the right thing for her clients and team members. She is passionate about creating synergies between people, processes, and technology. In addition to her role as Director of Client Success, Delicia leads RevGen Partners’ Delivery Excellence initiative.

For over 15 years, Delicia has served clients and developed people as a management consulting leader. While working at Deloitte Consulting, she led large-scale business transformation initiatives within strategy and operations.

Outside of work, Delicia is focused on supporting her children’s academic and athletic endeavors and volunteering. She is an avid world-traveler and a Virginia Cavaliers fan.
