Finding the good in everyone
Michael is an authentic leader who guides by example. Drawing from his more than 30 years of consulting experience, Michael remains active in client work and finds fulfillment in delivering results through innovation and counsel.
Prior to co-founding RevGen, Michael was VP at Hitachi Consulting and a partner at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, where he led the sale and delivery of complex process and technology initiatives. Michael began his career with IBM Global Services where he became a trusted leader in systems management and network services practices.
In addition to his business endeavors, Michael is passionate about improving the lives of young people, which he demonstrates through his involvement in Colorado UpLift, ACE Scholarships and Project Cure.
Passionate is an understatement
Kirk is fiercely passionate about the long-term success of his colleagues and clients, his kids and the local Denver community. As Chief Executive, Kirk consistently exceeds client objectives through his abilities to synthesize complex business information quickly and navigate sensitive situations.
Prior to co-founding RevGen Partners, Kirk held positions at Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen where he led teams on numerous high-profile client engagements.
Kirk is currently serving on the board of directors at the Denver Public Schools Foundation. He is the proud father of three school-age children and enjoys playing doubles tennis with his wife.
The wheels are always moving
Jason is a sincere relationship builder with a knack for thinking outside the box to drive client success. The many hats he has worn over the years at RevGen give him a rare, holistic comprehension of our company operations, in addition to the operations and inner workings of our client partners.
Prior to co-founding RevGen Partners, Jason was a senior manager at Hitachi Consulting. He also held positions in business consulting at Protiviti and Arthur Andersen.
Jason and his wife are the proud parents of three teenage boys. He is an avid cyclist and a leader in his church community.
Always seeking a better way in life and business
Robert leads RevGen’s efforts to provide transformative solutions for our clients’ increasingly complex and changing needs by harnessing the creativity and capabilities of our people. Robert has been with RevGen since the company’s founding.
Before RevGen Partners, Robert was a manager at Hitachi Consulting.
Robert is actively involved in scouting with his son and daughter, and also happens to be an Eagle Scout himself. He currently serves on the board of Grant 4D Farms and is past president of the Board of the Cherry Creek Academy charter school.
Running on innovation
Cara leads RevGen’s delivery organization with a commitment to delivering consistent excellence to our clients by fostering a connected and skilled team that strives to raise our game every single time.
Cara began her career implementing Siebel Systems (a.k.a., that software everyone had before SalesForce.com) and working as a program manager in the IT department at Aimco.
Outside of work, Cara is always running. She starts each day with a run and is always up for a friendly challenge – and a dash of trash talking – when competing in the Cherry Creek Sneak or Turkey Trot. She’s always learning, reading, attending events, and is also on the board of the Society for Information Management.
Using technology to advance business
Noah uses his deep technical background to help clients embrace opportunity. Driven as much by business impact as technology, Noah is motivated by finding the right mix of people, processes, and technologies to turn problems into opportunities for our clients.
With 20 years in consulting, Noah started in the geospatial industry and progressed to software development and enterprise architecture.
Noah and his wife are the proud parents of three children and are restoring a late-1800s Victorian house. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors, rafting, cycling, and skiing whenever possible. Noah recently taught a class to prepare Middle School students with Denver Public Schools for the District and Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
Competitive to the point of obsessive; ethical in every aspect of life
Geoff is highly competitive – he wants to win in every endeavor he pursues. A fiercely loyal colleague, Geoff always strives to help his team succeed. In work, as in every area of his life, he tries to demonstrate ‘sportsmanship’ and always be mindful of others.
Geoff started his career as an auditor for a small firm in Denver. For the past 25 years, however, he has excelled as a business development professional, primarily in the telecom space.
Geoff and his wife are the proud parents of two almost-grown children. Geoff plays competitive golf and tennis and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and bird hunting, dog training, and working out. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the Denver Dumb Friends League and the ASPCA.
Turning problems into solutions
Pero strives to always do the right thing for his clients and coworkers. He likes to dive into ambiguous and challenging environments to deliver sustainable success. He’s known for quickly defining and tackling complex challenges to provide data and technology solutions that deliver true business value.
Prior to joining RevGen, Pero worked at Hitachi Consulting where he focused on delivering data and margin assurance solutions for the telecommunications industry. He is also a Certified Business Intelligence Professional through The Data Warehousing Institute.
Pero spends his free time enjoying all Colorado has to offer with his beautiful wife, bright-eyed son, and barking dog, Walter.
Driven, compassionate leader
Angela is passionate about helping people reach their goals. This applies to helping her clients solve problems to maximize business impact or working with her team to reach their personal and professional goals. She is a go-giver who strives to bring value to others.
Angela has spent her entire career in management consulting, focused on helping her clients realize their vision and achieve their objectives through business transformation and technology projects. Her broad experience has helped her clients improve processes, develop technologies, deploy systems and implement operational and technical changes.
A Denver native, Angela can be found biking, running, hiking or skiing in the Colorado mountains most weekends with her husband and young daughter.
Driven, compassionate leader
Susan has a unique blend of business and IT capabilities that makes her uniquely able to articulate complex technology solutions. She knows the ins and outs of data management and business intelligence, and understands the importance of bringing different people together to create the best possible solution.
Previously, Susan held consulting and training positions at Hitachi Consulting and Aspirity. During that time, she developed and delivered business intelligence training courses and presented regularly at the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI).
Outside of work, Susan is an active member of her community who volunteers supporting elementary education. She loves the outdoors, especially in the spring and summer, since she has a passion for hiking and swimming.
Nicole is known to her clients and teams as a strategic partner, coach, and problem-solver. She is relentless in her pursuit to exceed client expectations, while inspiring her teams to deliver quality solutions to complex challenges.
Prior to joining RevGen, Nicole held positions in the areas of process optimization, change management, revenue assurance, and project management within the telecommunications industry. She also had general management, sales and operations responsibilities as leader of a temporary staffing firm.
Nicole enjoys spending time with her two small dogs, cooking and dining with friends, fine wine, and traveling as often as possible. She particularly loves getting to France whenever possible.
Delivering fresh ideas
Christina believes that we can achieve anything through collaboration and a focus on customer success. She is passionate about helping clients grow the value of their service-based businesses and create customers for life.
Christina leverages her broad background in both industry and consulting to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to her clients.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys living in Colorado and all the outdoor lifestyle has to offer, especially hiking, cycling, skiing, and camping with family and friends.
Your career is her passion
Emily leads RevGen’s People Strategy. She fosters a culture of participation, emphasizing inclusion and collaboration to drive business value.
With more than 20 years in professional services firm operations, Emily has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. Prior to her current role, she was a global human resources leader and business partner to Hitachi Consulting’s leadership team.
Emily’s passion for people extends beyond the workplace to non-profit organizations focused on developing women and children. She has held several board positions, regularly serves as a volunteer and is a long-standing advocate and fund raiser for the Women’s Bean Project.
Emily is an avid and life-long skier and enjoys sharing her zeal for the sport and her sense of adventure with her husband and two sons.
Leave it better than you found it
Recognized for thinking strategically about complex issues, Lisa is a collaborative leader who enjoys engaging others in problem solving. She promotes the RevGen brand externally and internally to increase the overall value of the firm.
Lisa has more than 20 years of professional experience applying her analytical, communication and leadership skills in a variety of business, government and non-profit settings.
Lisa and her husband stay busy with their three teenage kids, dog, and cat. They enjoy the occasional escape to ski, play golf, listen to live music, eat barbecue and visit major league ballparks.

Chrissy is motivated by the connections she makes with others. She looks for way to help people connect to their goals – whether they’re clients, family, or friends. She drives growth for our business by increasing our client portfolio, inspiring the team and creating exciting sales opportunities for our people.
For over 20 years, Chrissy has been serving clients and leading teams in the realms of strategy, process improvement, and employee adoption and engagement. Whether working with a Fortune 500 company or a public entity, Chrissy brings enthusiasm, positivity and pragmatism to her client work.
Chrissy is a proud school volunteer and member of the board of directors for Goodwill Denver, an avid world-traveler, a lover of all things food, and a Hoosier basketball fan.
