Michael is an authentic leader who guides by example. Drawing from his more than 30 years of consulting experience, Michael remains active in client work and finds fulfillment in delivering results through innovation and counsel.

Prior to co-founding RevGen, Michael was VP at Hitachi Consulting and a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he led the sale and delivery of complex process and technology initiatives. Michael began his career with IBM Global Services where he became a trusted leader in systems management and network services practices.

In addition to his business endeavors, Michael is passionate about improving the lives of young people, which he demonstrates through his involvement in Colorado UpLift, ACE Scholarships and Project Cure.
