For our second year, RevGen has been certified as a "Great Place to Work"

While you may be familiar with RevGenerosity, our program highlighting our commitment to our communities, did you know that RevGen supports team members who go above and beyond with their volunteering as well? Our Dollars for Doers program, launched in 2022, helps motivate and reward RevGeners who volunteer significant personal time to a single non-profit organization throughout the year.
Dollars for Doers is an embodiment of what our why statement truly means in practice as it directly empowers our people, so we may all aspire to be more.
For volunteers who dedicate at least 20 hours to a nonprofit that fits our guidelines, RevGen matches that time with a $200 donation, and for those who give 40+ hours, we bump up the donation to $500. This is just another way we try to amplify the fantastic work our team is already doing in their communities.
In 2025, we have six RevGeners registered for Dollars for Doers, supporting organizations that help the unhoused, work with our local schools, and even the Special Olympics.
“It is great that RevGen shares my values outside of the workplace and their contribution to Special Olympics made my volunteering feel even more meaningful and impactful.” – Audra Burkhart, Sr. Consultant
While it can feel like a drop in the bucket, every amount of help can have an exponential impact, especially for organizations reliant on donations and volunteer labor. As stewards not only for our clients, but our communities, encouraging those who have the energy to be “doers” for the causes they care about is crucial to building a brighter future – not just for RevGen, but for our larger world.
“This year, I’ve been volunteering for The Gathering Place, an organization that helps the unhoused and underserved communities of Denver with basic necessities. They’ve seen their requests for food assistance jump by over 40% in 2025 alone. In TGP’s hands, an extra $200 will feed a lot of people.” – Carolyn Wilke, Marketing Manager
As 2026 approaches, our goal is to keep increasing the impact that RevGenerosity can have, whether through our annual Day of Service, our community partnership with Denver Scholarship Foundation, or through programs like Dollars for Doers.
