It’s Official: RevGen is a Great Place to Work

For our second year, RevGen has been certified as a "Great Place to Work"

For a second year in a row, RevGen has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work, with 90% of employees agreeing with the statement “taking everything into account, RevGen is a great place to work.” The typical U.S.-based company scores around 57%. 

Our biggest strengths, according to the survey, are our people and our values. 

“I truly believe the people in this organization are exceptional, thoughtfully challenging one another and delivering outstanding services and solutions to our clients. I also have a deep respect for our core values, which many of us strive to embody every day.” – Employee comment 

Our values—Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, and Enjoyment—came up time and again in the employee quotes. 

“The people here are great, and the highest-level employees are the very best at demonstrating our values.” – Employee comment 

Another RevGener said, “We really walk the walk when it comes to our values.”

Other areas where we excelled: 

  • 97% agreed with “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community” 
  • 97% agreed with “Our customers would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent’” 
  • 99% agreed with “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome” 

Of course, all surveys reveal areas of opportunity, and our priority this year is creating more efficiency, whether through process simplification, technology enablement, or simply greater strategic focus. 

It is always an honor to receive the Great Place to Work certification, as we are a people-powered business. Without the dedication, expertise, and positivity of our team, we wouldn’t be able to serve our clients at the high level they deserve.
