RevGen Partners is excited to be named an honoree of The Civic 50 Colorado by CSR Solutions of Colorado in partnership with Points of Light. This is the third year in a row that RevGen has received this recognition as one of the most community-minded businesses in Colorado.
The Civic 50 Colorado initiative, modeled after Points of Light’s national program, provides a standard for superior corporate citizenship and showcases how companies can use their time, talents, skills and resources to drive social impact in their company and communities. Recognition is determined by an independently administered and scored survey that considers quantitative and multiple-choice responses across four dimensions: investment, integration, institutionalization, and impact.
“We founded RevGen Partners with a sense of responsibility to make a positive impact on our community from day one. As we continue to grow and evolve as a business, so too does our community impact. We are honored to receive this distinction and look forward to continuing on this journey to learn and maximize our impact.” Kirk Mielenz, CEO and Co-founder
Throughout the pandemic, RevGen has pivoted to meet the changing needs of our community and our people. Our signature community impact program, RevGenerosity, is designed to deliver meaningful positive impact while providing opportunities for our people to learn more about the needs of our community, grow relevant skills, build relationships, and have fun.
This program is the embodiment of our why statement – We believe in empowering people – employees, clients and those within our communities – so that we may all aspire to be more – and our core value of stewardship – We think beyond ourselves so that the actions we take today will have a lasting positive impact on our clients, our community, our business, and one another.
We are grateful for the privilege to be community minded. It’s not just in our words, it’s in our actions.
