An engineer by trade, Heidi has built a 25-year career in management consulting grounded in creative problem-solving and delivering impact across complex environments.

Outside of work, Heidi’s proudest accomplishment is her children, who keep her busy with sports and outdoor activities. She also enjoys cooking, running, and carving out time to recharge with friends and family.
