This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Not surprisingly, RevGen consistently scores extremely high on the measure of operating by strong values. Since our founding in 2008, RevGen has been a values-driven organization. We have been deliberate in making our values a centerpiece of our culture as we have grown from four founders to well over 100 employees.
We believe in empowering people – employees, clients and those within our communities – so that we may all aspire to be more. This statement combined with our values of respect, integrity, stewardship, and enjoyment form the foundation of RevGen. They permeate our entire employee lifecycle and our workplace overall.
