We are thrilled to be named a DenverPost Top Workplace for the seventh consecutive year!
This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Not surprisingly, RevGen consistently scores extremely high on the measure of operating by strong values. Since our founding in 2008, RevGen has been a values-driven organization. We have been deliberate in making our values a centerpiece of our culture as we have grown from four founders to well over 100 employees.
We believe in empowering people – employees, clients and those within our communities – so that we may all aspire to be more. This statement combined with our values of respect, integrity, stewardship, and enjoyment form the foundation of RevGen. They permeate our entire employee lifecycle and our workplace overall. I believe that’s what makes working at RevGen so much more than just a job. – Kirk Mielenz, CEO and Co-founder
Our values have also served as well as we navigate through the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We look to them to guide our decisions and behaviors as an organization and individuals.
We look forward to being together again in person to celebrate this recognition. Until then, we will continue to lean on our values as we support one another, our clients, and our community.
