RevGen: A Civic50 Colorado Honoree

For second year, we were named one of Colorado's most community-minded businesses

The Civic 50 Colorado badge

We are thrilled to be recognized as one of Colorado’s 50 most community-minded businesses for the second year running by CSR Solutions of Colorado and Points of Light. This recognition is a validation of our commitment to empower people – employees, clients, and those within our communities – so that we may all aspire to be more.

In the words of our co-founder and current Board Chair Michael Turner, “Giving back to the communities where we work and live has been part of our core purpose from day one. we empower people to get involved through pro-bono projects, volunteer activities and philanthropic giving. It’s an honor to reach beyond ourselves to make a positive, long-term impact on the lives of others.”

The process of completing the survey for the first class of The Civic50 Colorado helped us further mature and formalize our community engagement efforts leading to recognition again this year, and a plan for on-going improvements.

RevGenerosity

One of the keystones of our CSR journey is RevGenerosity, our employee-led community engagement team focused on enabling us to live our core value of stewardship through three initiatives:

  1. 1 to 2-year partnership with a local non-profit to whom we provide pro-bono services, grants, and volunteer
  2. Semi-annual grant cycles
  3. Other volunteer events including an annual event that includes employee families

In addition to supporting some of the most vulnerable in our community, RevGenerosity provides leadership and career development opportunities for employees.

As a business, we feel both an obligation and gratitude for the opportunity to give back to our community.
