For the fourth year running, RevGen Partners is proud to be named an honoree of The Civic 50 Colorado by CSR Solutions of Colorado in partnership with Points of Light

Community engagement through RevGenerosity is one important way our organization strives to fulfill our why statement: We believe in empowering people — clients, employees, and those in our communities — so that we may all aspire to be more. Our efforts are focused on empowering historically underserved and discriminated populations through education, especially within STEM.

A signature component of RevGenerosity is a 1-2 year partnership with a local non-profit that is selected by our employees. Through the partnership, RevGeners learn about community needs and how they are being met; they develop relevant skills by delivering pro-bono services and leading volunteer opportunities, and are able to build relationships with colleagues outside of their daily work.

The non-profit benefits from the donation of our volunteer, pro-bono, in kind, and financial contributions. We also amplify the voice of the non-profit through social media and encourage on-going employee engagement. In 2022, we selected Denver Public Schools (DPS) Foundation to be our community partner. Past partners have included Habitat for Humanity, Urban Peak, and The Gathering Place.

“It’s a privilege and a joy to work for a business that is committed to giving back to the community with intention the way RevGen is. We take great pride in living our values every day, and this honor highlights how impactful that can be.” – Lisa Walvoord, Director of Corporate Communications

The Civic 50 Colorado initiative, modeled after Points of Light’s national program, provides a standard for superior corporate citizenship and highlights how companies can use their time, talents, skills and resources to drive social impact in their company and communities. Recognition is determined by an independently administered survey that considers qualitative and quantitative responses across four dimensions: investment, integration, institutionalization, and impact.

As one of our core values is stewardship, having a lasting impact on our community is key to RevGen’s continued success. In 2021, RevGeners logged over 680 hours of hands-on, skill-based, and pro-bono volunteer work. On top of that, RevGen supplied over 20 monetary grants to Colorado-based nonprofits.
