  • Business Analyst

    RevGen’s business analysts (BA) play an essential role in contributing to the success of a wide variety of projects while at the same time developing a broad range of skills. BAs assist in gathering and researching relevant information; conducting analysis; and contributing to the development of deliverables.

    A successful RevGen BA has the following qualities:

    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • A commitment to quality and a drive to learn
    • The desire to be a productive team member

    Expected experience, knowledge and education:

    • At least 3 years of prior business and/or IT experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, business, or related discipline

  • Technical Project Manager

    RevGen’s technical project managers are the central point of coordination between business and development teams to help clients solve complex business problems with technology. In addition to providing hands-on guidance to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with high quality, technical project managers may participate in detailed project planning and budgeting, requirements development, software selection, project status reporting, and proactive issue recognition and resolution.

    A successful RevGen technical project manager is:

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
    • Effective at developing relationships with business, technical staff and executive management
    • Able to manage conflict to positive resolution
    • Competent at inspiring a team to achieve a common goal

    Expected experience, knowledge and education:

    • At least 5 years of project management experience
    • A bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, business, or related discipline

  • Full Stack .NET Developer

    RevGen’s full stack .NET developers are vital to implementing technology solutions on our more complex projects. Developers collaborate with business analysts, project managers and client team members to design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet clients’ business requirements.

    Expected experience, knowledge and education:

    • At least 5 years of application development within the .NET framework
    • Experience including: user controls; MVC and MVVM architectures; component design; JavaScript; LINQ to SQL and/or entity framework; service layer development (WCF); and stored procedures
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred; training and certifications may be considered

  • Database and BI Developer

    RevGen’s database and BI developers are crucial to implementing our business intelligence, analytics, and data management tools and solutions. Developers collaborate with project team members to design, develop, and deliver complex solutions that meet client needs.

    Expected experience, knowledge and education:

    • At least 5 years of SQL Server experience
    • Proficiency in T-SQL/SQL; Microsoft BI tools SSIS, SSRS, SSAS/MDX); and data visualization tools such as QlikView and/or Tableau
    • Experience with database and solution design; data/quality management; requirements and data analysis
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred; training and certifications may be considered
