2015 Success Metrics

A new view came with the new year in 2015 for the RevGen Partners team.

We started January in a beautiful new office, giving us more room to support our clients and collaborate as a team. The move also marked a new era for us. We opened our first office in our current building in 2008, and have moved to successively larger spaces as our team grew to accommodate the demand for our services.

Client Focus
During the year, we added several significant new clients and continued to increase our impact within existing clients. The multiple enterprise-class solutions we delivered in 2015 are changing the way our clients do business.

We launched new solution areas, focused on Customer Experience, Sales Transformation and Customer & Product Profitability to better reflect how we help clients solve their most pressing challenges.

Additionally, we pursued some exciting opportunities to allow our team to innovate and connect with thinkers and doers in Colorado—resulting in the launch of a custom application for TedxMileHigh.

Team Building
We brought in talented team members and leaders to serve our clients. And, to ensure we continue to attract and retain top talent, we developed a new process for career management, expanded PTO to offer unlimited vacation time for senior members of our team and made significant training investments to support our team’s professional growth and development.

Additional 2015 Highlights:

• Two years running on the Denver Post Top Workplaces list of top Colorado employers
• Four consecutive years on the Inc. 500|5000 list of fastest-growing companies (2015, 2014, 2013, 2012)
• More than $140,000 in financial support and pro-bono consulting services donated to non-profits, including our four Community Partners.

Looking Ahead

We are preparing for a successful 2016 for our clients and our team. We recently refined our service offerings to drive profitability for clients with Analytics & Data Management, Business Transformation and Digital Innovation. We also are formalizing our practice areas to highlight our expertise across our key industries.

From our viewpoint, 2016 holds exciting new opportunities to advance our clients’ business and do great work as a team. We are grateful to our clients for their trust in us, and to our team members for their dedication.


Kirk is Executive Vice President, Client Services at RevGen Partners. As the leader of the firm's client cultivation and market development efforts, he articulates the firm's mission to drive profitability in every client engagement and effectively transfer knowledge to support long-term client success. Kirk also serves as client executive on several RevGen Partners accounts where his hallmarks of service include a personal dedication to maximizing value and the foresight to see enduring implications of a plan.
